GCM22 is designed initially using the classical French Didot style but with a contemporary ornate decorative twist. GCM22 is also based on the letterforms of typographers; John Pistilli, Herb Lubalin and Si Scott. The ornate letterforms are based around the art of Turkish Ebru marbling, which is painting on water to create decorative patterns. This typeface is recommended for display purpose only.
