Xilotipo

The font was developed and printed in woodcut and then scanned and transformed into a font.
The project was developed in conjunction with the article The role of the designer in the promotion and rescue of the Brazilian woodcutting culture in typography, which was presented at CONGIC / CIDI 2013 (International Congress of Information Design) and later defended before the evaluating bank in the Course Superior of Technology in Graphic Design of the IFF (Federal Fluminense Institute).

A fonte foi desenvolvida e impressa em xilogravura e depois digitalizada e transformada em fonte.
O projeto desenvolveu-se em conjunto com o artigo O papel do designer na promoção e resgate da cultura xilográfica brasileira em tipografia, que foi apresentado no CONGIC/CIDI 2013 (Congresso Internacional de Design de Informação) e posteriormente defendido perante a banca avaliadora no Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Design Gráfico do IFF (Instituto Federal Fluminense).
